Sensaglass™ Delivery & Lead Time Policy

Precision-Cut Window Film Orders

At Sensaglass™, all window film products are precision cut to the exact measurements provided by the customer.
Because each order is custom manufactured, production and delivery times differ from standard off-the-shelf products.


Order Production Lead Time

Once we have:

  • Received full payment
  • Received and confirmed your final measurements

Your order will enter production.

Production Time

Orders are typically precision cut within 3–5 working days from confirmation of measurements and payment.

During busy periods, seasonal demand, or for large or complex orders, production times may be slightly extended. If this occurs, we will notify you.


Dispatch & Delivery Time

Once your order has been manufactured and dispatched:

Delivery is typically expected within 3–5 working days from the date of shipping.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Courier performance
  • Delivery location
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Factors outside our reasonable control

Total Estimated Order Time

From confirmed measurements and payment, customers should allow approximately:

6–10 working days total

(Production + Delivery)

This is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery timeframe.


Dispatch Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A dispatch confirmation email
  • Tracking details where available

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that correct delivery details are provided at checkout.


Delivery Responsibility

Risk in the goods transfers to the customer upon delivery.

If delivery is missed or delayed due to incorrect address information or failure to receive the parcel, Sensaglass™ cannot accept responsibility for resulting delays or additional charges.


Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photographs of the packaging and product
  • Retain all packaging materials

We will assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution where appropriate.
